Let me help popint you in a good starting direction and others interested. I suggest getting it just because it is useful for sins. Some require LAA which is a simple tool to use. Goafan has a version of star wars and another called E4X that is very nice. :D Its really something you want to keep an eye on. The dev has put a great deal of thought into the background and you can take on the Vasari, Advent and TEC with the Empires finest. My favourite is an alpha version of a new mod called Star Wars Interregnum and currently only the Empire is playable but it is awesome.

There is also Star Wars Requiem which I think is quite good. Personally I'm not a fan of it but I respect the amount of work put into creating it. Now for Star Wars mods there is Sins of a Galactic Empire. Another thing to look at is enabling Large Address Aware on the Rebellion.exe file which you may need to do depending on how intensive the mod is.īig mods may also require you to reduce graphic detail, stuff like bump maps on ships and planet textures, it depends on your PC really and if you start experiencing tons of crashes. Word of warning many large mods tend to need a restart afer activation or the game will just crash on you.

:) You can put what you want in there and as long as you only activate one mod at a time you shouldn't run into problems. As a general rule its best not to combine any mods unless the dev says its compatible with something else.and many mods do have their own add ons which work fine.Īs far as downloading mods the sky is the limit.
